The book survived the early November computer hard drive crash with only a half days worth of work needing to be redone plus it weathered the Duncan flooding that was highlighted in the National News reports, as Jean lives on higher ground just outside of the devastated area.
With Jean’s Mid-November return to work to her day time job (after recovering from her latest leg surgery) has decreased writing time, however it is continuing nicely and the pages are adding up. All the medical records have finally arrived from the Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA), enabling the technical information to be added and the many blank lines are now being filled in, making it look more like a real book.
